If you are looking for Asian food in a counter serve setting with inexpensive prices and a wide selection of menu items, Leeann Chin is a good option. The food is good with ample portions, and we found the service to be friendly and helpful.
The food is always delicious but sadly all of our orders were barely lukewarm this visit. Fortunately they kindly replaced the meals with freshly prepared food.
Noon Wednesday - The firecracker shrimp was good but the mixed vegetables and brown rice looked and tasted like leftovers.
edit: Dropping this to 4 stars due to inconsistent food quality. One of the better Leeann Chin locations, does an excellent job preparing the company's style of Asian cuisine. Solid and reliable food quality with speedy, helpful service regardless of lunch or dinner time, though the food is always the best right when they open and it's all the absolute freshest. Good about having staff mask up and about food safety. Pickup orders have near always been ready before the person arrives while I've been there ordering food.
Terrible experience, was told the wait would be 7 minutes for lemon chicken. 17 minutes later I finally got the worst lemon chicken I've seen. Looked like they forgot about it and overcooked it. Only one person was working after her coworker left. Not sure if I'll ever go to this location again. Edited to add that i tried to eat this and the fried rice had a burned taste to it. Could not even eat.
Better late than never! My friend and I ordered take out 7/17 Sat. Our food was great as always. However, the Customer Service was OK at best. Business was booming that night good thing. My point is, an older couple were ahead of us and had asked a few questions about appetizers. A Gentleman that was working by the name of “D” had replied with an answer that was unnecessary. Quite RUDE to be exact!! Again, it was busy but was uncalled for how the older couple were treated. Basically round about way, he made them feel that they were holding up the line. Pretty DISAPPOINTING!! I gave 1 star due to D’s attitude :
My Mom and I had a craving for Leeann Chin's yesterday, so we found the nearest location. Neither of us had ever been to this location before. The store was very clean and the servers were friendly, fast and efficient. Their dining room was not open, at that time, but you can go through their door into the mall area to eat. Mom and I both commented on how delicious the food tasted, but I was disappointed that the bourbon chicken I ordered had more gristle than usual.
Worst Leeann chin I have been to. No flavor at all on the bb chicken and it was not sausey. The noodles tasted a little sour. I wanted the curry chicken but I can tell it has been sitting there forevermore.
The fried Rice and Noodles were soggy and the chicken taste was unpleasant and full of oil. I couldn't even finish the plate. Very Disappointed, however the Staff were nice.
I ordered lemon chicken and brown rice. The gal that waited on me turned to dish up rice and then get 2 pcs of chicken. I watched as she was about to cut chicken and said to her "I will wait for fresher chicken, that skin looks hard." She said "its not". Well guess what, it wasn't hard for her large sharp knife, but for human consumption it was hard to chew. I only ate half the chicken. AND am very disappointed.
