Finding Kristin St.Germain has been such a blessing and I feel very lucky to have had her as our realtor. We were first time homebuyers and she eased us into the home buying process. She calmed all of our anxieties and stress by explaining how everything worked and never once pressured us. We ended up finding such a lovely place that we absolutely love. She was always quick to respond, on time, patient, and best of all - she's very honest. She would take the time to explain the quality of products used in the homes, how the price compares in the neighbourhood, what's around the neighbourhood, etc. She also read the reports and would write thorough notes summarizing the big key points for us. My husband and I bought our first home and we could not have been happier with the service provided Pete and his team. Pete was patient, informative, personable and a great negotiator, getting us an a great deal on an amazing townhouse. Not only did Pete spend weekends taking us on well organized home tours, but also assisted us with reviewing and understanding the depreciation reports, strata docs etc. prior to making our decision. The service did not end after our offer was accepted. Pete and his team supported us throughout the entire closing process, which can be daunting to new owners such as ourselves. The Lee + Pete team were amazing and did a fantastic job from the start of our hunt to the day we took possession. Lee Bryant was always able to answer a lot of detailed questions especially with additional parking/storage which we secured, the market, long term growth and his outlook on the downtown condo market. His negotiation skills made us feel comfortable to the price we were willing to pay. He actually advised us to hold off for a few months while the owner came down to a reasonable price which we were able to secure. Thank you to the entire team for making our holidays a special one..

Selling a condo is always stressful. Selling a condo 2000 miles away is even more stressful. Fortunately, we found Pete on the web. Pete in person was every bit as knowledgeable and helpful as the reviewers all said. He had a well-tested marketing plan and gave us expert advice on how to prepare the condo for sale. His team prepared wonderful marketing material and helped us in all aspects of the sale, from arranging cleaning to the final removal of furniture. He and his team managed to smooth out the negotiation process across two continents and three time zones. Everything, from the initial listing to the final closing of the sale was done in less than one month. The professionalism and efficiency of his team earned my highest respect. I first met Lee 5 years ago when I was shopping for a Condo. He quickly got what I was looking for, and was able to find the condo that fit all the criteria on my must-have list. He negotiated a deal to allow me to purchase my place at a great price. Flash forward to 5 years later, when I want to sell my condo to upgrade to something bigger, his team quickly produced gorgeous marketing to highlight the key features of my condo.
