My experience with this company has been phenomenal! Would definitely recommend! Kaley in customer service, is excellent in her work, and I appreciate that she always addresses me by name. It adds a personal touch!
These people gave us absolutely great customer service even down to providing a personal phone number in case we experienced any issues moving in on a long weekend. Above and beyond and access to units easy. They did not have to size we needed at the time of renting and immediately offered two units giving us same storage space area. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company and in fact will more than likely move our RV to this storage facility once our current contract expires in another location. FIVE STAR service.
Easy online set up for quick move in. Excellent customer service with multiple types of payment options, which I really liked picking what works best for me. Secure and simple access with lots of room to maneuver around with trailers.

I have been customer for a few years now and never had any issues. However, I called about some information on my storage, just to double check , and the front desk lady that does the customer service, was so unpleasant and rude, actually was trying to give me trouble on what information I was requesting. As a person working in the customer service industry, I know that is absolutely not the way you handle your business or your customers. Hopefully this will draw attention to this and they will change their attitude.
