Leduc Cleaners

Wasn’t impressed at all. WAY to expensive - over 3x what I paid when I lived in Edmonton. Definitely a low-end, non-professional experience.

One of the WORST experiences I ever had. I took six pairs of dirty coveralls in to be cleaned. Came back two days later and picked up four pairs of still dirty coveralls. The owner proceeded to yell at me when I would not agree that only four were dropped off. I counted six pair right in front of him upon drop off, but did not make him give me a drop off slip.... my bad Out two pair & received four that aren't even cleaned proper. NEVER BE BACK!!

Do not use this drycleaner. I brought two coats, a suit and 3 shirts to be cleaned. When I picked them up they smelled horrible!! Kind of a mix between smoke and mothballs. The person working there tried to tell me that it was the cleaning solution on the coats and the shirts didn't smell at all. He refused to refund the cost of the cleaning and refused to clean the items over again (although I'm not sure it would have made a difference). He also began to yell at me when I tried to argue that the shirts smelled.

I took a white silk shirt here to get dry cleaned, paid almost 8 dollars for it. I brought it home and noticed a blue stain on the arm that was definitely not there when I brought it in. I took it back and the guy tried to say that the stain was already there when I brought it in the first time, which was a lie. Eventually, he agreed to clean it again for free. The original stain came out (it was cleaning solution). However, I know have three new little blue stains around the edges of the shirt. I will NEVER go back to this place to have my clothes cleaned. I suggest you find a more high end place to take nice clothing to get cleaned. Unprofessional and expensive.
