Served at the front counter, you carry your food to was fast, the bit greasy frites-a classic and the hot dog standard, served in an open-ended cardboard tray.nI liked the coleslaw taste on top. A square vinegar bottle adorns every table, for those consumers in true Québec frites tradition.nServed at the front counter, you carry your food to wood bench seats throughout; the low ceilings, contribute to the functional, bare bones atmosphere.nThis place is like an institution locally.nIt faces the picturesque antique stone Mill and the dam and falls. Outdoor tables are just around the corner.

We came for my birthday to this area and came to try this place, poutine was good and hot dogs were good! The burger was nasty we did not eat it the meat was off and wasn’t fresh beef

Yeah I was referred this place being here for something from Montreal but honestly meh the sauce isn’t fresh looks like the kind you get from a can. Fries were good hot dogs too.nnJust I don’t think it’s worth the hype. Probably just because it’s a staple in the area but definitely lacks quality .nnFor somewhere with such a reputation you’d think they make their own sauces.

We came here for the first time today as we were in the area. Excellent cheeseburgers! Nicely toasted bun. Generous sized burger patty. The slightly sweetened coleslaw really made the burgers! We also shared a small poutine. Nice thick sauce coated all the delicious fries and curds. YUM! Because we went in the middle of the afternoon, the service was very fast. We will definitely be back again!

Nice spot to stop for a hotdog or poutine. The poutine has a nice flavored sauce, good curd and gravy ratio.nSteamies have a nice sweet coleslaw.nAll the ladies working here are very friendly.
