Leavenworth Floral Haus

This was my first time using Floral Haus. I called them this morning to order an arrangement for a family member's birthday. I was worried about whether they would be able to deliver on such short notice, but my worries were for not. We chatted on the phone for a few minutes; I described the kind of decor and colors my family member liked, and by early this afternoon, they had delivered a gorgeous arrangement that my family member absolutely loved! I will definitely be calling Floral Haus again.

Worst experience here ever!! Would not recommend to anyone in Leavenworth area! Placed a order for grandparents on Valentine's Day that lives right in town they said they could deliver. Received a call from them said they couldn't deliver due to office being closed I asked to sit it out side the office and I'll call and they will get it and they could not do that either cause there was no place to put it and to cold out side. This is not how you do a business if you want to make something out of it.
