This is the second time I needed a car leasing, and since I had such a positive experience with LeaseCosts Canada, I decided to go with these guys once again. They were very professional, and they could truly understand what I was looking for. Keep it up, guys!
Edited after the owner called me and gave me free advice. He was honest, and while I decided to keep my car for now, I would definitely work with him in the future. ‐--‐------------- Pretty disappointed. Filled out the info to get an account going to see what costs were to post and now have further questions about the process, have made two contact requests with "scheduled" meetings to not receive a call. I emailed as well with no response. The website also doesn't seem to be up to date as they're offering appointments in June?
What a great service we got with Leasecost! We did a lease transfer and all the support we got since the very beginning was very useful. It took us just few days to do everything. The website is user friendly and easy to understand. Thanks Jorge D for the support. Highly recomended!
Don't bother, just go to lease busters. I've booked at least 2 appointments with "Jorge" and he's missed every single one. I've left a voicemail as well with no response.
Overall experience is quite positive. While there is no way to avoid being spammed, I have still received a few real offers and one of some of them were acceptable. Transferred my lease after about 2 weeks on the site. The analysis report is a very helpful tool for both seller and buyers. The Carfax report is also necessary, but I would not post it online, rather show it to buyer in person too much personal info in that report. Jorge is doing a great job helping a seller to understand the process.
In summary, I would recommend giving LeaseCosts a try. Details below: Pros: - kind, responsive customer service. - website is far better than the competition. - analysis shows customers the value of your vehicle. - 30 day money back guarantee. - simple, straightforward posting process. - attracts potential buyers who are actually interested in lease transfers Cons: - still need to pay minimum $200 to post. - these sites not just LeaseCosts tend to create an environment where its more often a battle of cash incentives if you offer $500, people lean More towards a comparable vehicle offering a $1000. Additional Details: I tried Leasebusters and LeaseCosts and if I had to choose between them I would say LeaseCosts hands down. My reasoning is primarily due to its $100 cheaper, LeaseCosts' site is far more professional and the customer service was far better by a mile. It may be due to Covid, or maybe brand new 2020 vehicles are harder to move, but I have had no luck on either site. Almost all of my good potential takers have come through Kijiji or Facebook. That being said, both of those options for posting your vehicle are far more hands on and results in a bombardment of not serious and/or uneducated individuals when it comes to leases i.e., people who don't have a clue what a lease is, ask you to explain, and then say No thank you.
Happy to do business with LeaseCosts Great customer service and the best on the industry. Highly recommend it !!
Edited Review: The owner of company contacted me and tried his best to understand the situation and I sensed genuine care for this company. I wish him all the best and revised the review to 4 stars. I did not and do not plan on using this site, however I see this website could be of a value to certain people. He granted me access to the leads generated, I did not open or contact them. So this review does not include the quality of buyers that come to this site. Original Review: Garbage. Says free to sign up. Asks to pay. And keep sending "leads" saying pay now to review!
Just did my listing! Super quick and easy along with absolutely free. Got reviewed and approved within 5 minutes! After which got a text from the agent saying we're good to go. Great work LeaseCosts! Hoping my car finds a new home as quick as this was.
Quick and cost effective. I absolutely love the 2 month return policy. Jorge went above and beyond with listing my lease, assisting in the process along with answering questions effectively.
