I had a very negative experience with one of the security guards at Humber College, identified as R. Kumar, who works under Paragon Security. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a student, I expect security staff to maintain respect, courtesy, and professionalism — but instead, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction.nnSecurity staff represent both Humber College and Paragon Security, and such conduct is unacceptable in an educational environment. I strongly urge management to review this matter and ensure proper training in professionalism and communication for their staff.
Horrible staff the receptionist on 29 July 2025 at 2:40pm. I asked her about a book and in between another student came and she asked me to check by myself on the computer. What type of customer service is this?

What a horrible library . It’s so loud and no one eg security or staff to keep others quiet - what kind of library has ppl yelling and dancing to tiktoks?nDo u wanna study? You do? Then Don’t go to this library
Great facilities, the general area can get loud as it is more of a hangout spot but there are quiet computer rooms if you need to concentrate. PCs are nice and powerful and you have enough access rights to install your own software, have installed Java, InteliJ Idea etc with no issues. Some software such as Adobe suite might not be available you need to use lab PCs for that. Wifi is super fast if using own device.
