Beautiful wilderness Nordic ski trails. The long ones are the best anywhere for intermediate and advanced classic Nordic skiers. Would be even better with more resources put into the grooming, and more frequent updates of the reporting on the website.
Nice variety of trail difficulty. The climb on the Frasier Lake Loop is not for the feint of heart. The views once you made it up were spectacular though.
This is an amazing place to go cross country skiing! I am pretty much a beginner skier and I had a blast. What is really cool is that there are cabins at certain locations where you can start a fire in the wood stove and have a lunch. Great place to rest, dry out, and get some energy to continue on your journey. Lots of different trails and difficulties, and some great downhill sections! Oh and most importantly the view skiing through the forest is amazing! Highly recommend!
Awesome place to go XC Skiing. It's a bit remote so dont expect to see many people but the ski track is always groomed and in great shape. Very nice scenery and every intersection has a map so very easy to find your way around.
An excellent network of well maintained xc ski trails... All groomed for classic and most wide enough for skate. Clean pit toilets in the parking lot and in the warming cabin.
