I recently completed the Basic Security Training BST course at Lead Community College, and my experience was excellent from start to finish.nnThe registration process was smooth and easy, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating, always encouraging us by saying, “It’s not rocket science—you can do it!” The classes were well-organized, and the course materials, including a detailed module booklet and after-class test book, were extremely helpful.nnWhat really stood out to me was the ongoing support even after the classes ended.
