It’s hard to be disappointed anywhere you go in Canada, and this place was no exception. The food was simple yet full of character — made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that really let each flavor shine. The seasoning was just right — never overpowering, but enough to enhance the natural taste of every element on the plate.nnThe outdoor seating had such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. On top of all that, the weather was perfect, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.nnAs I was leaving, I caught the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the air. I decided to order a cup — and even the coffee was perfect. A beautiful finish to an already amazing meal.
Visited from Toronto.nVery cool restaurant style pub. They have great drink options as well as food. Really enjoyed their seafood tartare as well as their braised lamb dishes!
The food clearly has some thought put into it and the concepts are interesting. That said, not all of them are a hit but I really appreciate the ones that do. The service is always good but serving times for courses can be slow as is typical of the restaurants in the area, so I end up searching for the waiter avidly towards the end of my final course. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and cozy which is particularly comforting on super cold nights.
Our waitress was excellent. She took the time to tell us the specials in English. She was very knowledgeable about the food and beer. There was 4 of us and we all had something different. We loved the different food profiles that one may not see everyday. It was so refreshing to have different food pairings. Unfortunately we didn't remember our waitresses name. Overall great food, beverages and service.
Very nice place and the only one that we had the chance to visit in Tori’s-Rivières . Perfect atmosphere, special plates and really reasonable price. Strongly recommended!
