Le Take Out/ Prêt-à-manger

My mom and I had an incredible lunch here while visiting Montreal. The chef was so kind and had a great playlist on. Obsessed with the classic celery root on the sandwiches

We were told they makes the best grilled cheese so, obviously this being a bold claim, we had to check it out for ourselves. A charming, cosy, well-located counter style establishment perfect for a quick lunch where there are a few tables as well. We only ordered 3 items but every single one was incredible and I really mean incredible.  Black beer and cocoa onion soup was so delicious! The cream of smoked tomato soup is beyond exquisite, just divine especially when you dunk your grilled cheese in it. And finally the reason we went, to answer the question : "Can they really claim to make the best grilled cheese?" With the mix of delectable cheeses, bacon and black beer caramelized onions its really difficult not to love this enticing and distinctive sandwhich. So, yes we would say It's definitely up there and worth a visit.

The experience was splendid I went there w my family and a dog ytd Even tho the resto is closing at 7, and we arrived at 6:06, the owner still served us kindly and she explained to all our questions The stars of the day are smoked tomato soup chicken noodles soup “wild-things” grilled cheese sandwich Thanks again for the amazing experience, we will come back soon when we can
