We had a very bad experience here. Their sales people were cooperative and professional. The installer was not good. However the wood was very beautiful in the warehouse but lots of small pieces were in the boxes. we forced to change our product and they did it very well because even their installer refused to install the first product because of short pieces. Then we changed our product from 5 inch width to 4 but still there were many small parts in the new batch and some color mismatches. it was good for bedroom or .... but not for main salon. ask them to guarantee the average length of parts in each box and compare it with other sellers. by spending few $ more you can get much better product from reputable companies that gurantee average length of 2-3 feet or more.
Very bad experience. The pictures speak for themselves. Lots of pieces were small and different sizes as seen in the pictures. Tried to contact them no response. Very disappointed with the product I bought at le roi du plancher. I would avoid this place.
Great selection, a knowledgeable staff, and a very competitive price point. Delivery service is timely and helpful. I have used them on many of my projects.
I would even give 0 star if it was possible...... the products on the store does not have a price tag .... for each and every product you have to ask and then the guy in the store looks at you and throw a price .... given prices were not competitive at all!!! Moving from Montreal to their warehouse in Terrebonne was a pure waste of time and gas......... Their website advertised prices are all fake marketing tricks .... you can find more quality products with much better prices in the nearer stores in city. Its very interesting to see, after sharing my experience , suddenly a very satisfied " and Real" customer put a highly positive comment to question a real but negative shared experience!!! To me this is a proof ....how they invest and care to marketing/advertisement stuff rather than offering their alleged services.....
Surprised at some of the negative comments here. It’s twice I’ve dealt with roi du plancher always Sam! for my home renovations and have nothing but great things to say! I find their prices to be the best and never once had an issue with quality. The service is courteous and the quality of the stock is great. Always something to find. I have trusted them for my past two projects and will continue to trust them for all future ones.
Rep took time to properly explain the differences in flooring types and make a recommendation for my personal home needs. Afterwards, he easily reimbursed the extra 5% square footage ordered just in case but not all used, Good service, no hassles.
They were able to identify the type of wood I needed. House was 50 years old so getting a match was not easy. Very satisfied with the results.
I purchased the hardwood floor from The King of the floor and made the installation myself but hardwood looks very nice. Thank You!
They are talking about having competitive prices but end up giving higher prices than stores like home depot... bad experience
Great selection of hardwood floors! And the price is very competitive. Worth the trip if you are looking for a bargain!
