Hi , am very happy with the place its stunning beautiful the elegance and peacefulness I totally love it and trully happy my mom choose this place to be her last forever peaful home in peace . But as I visited with my mom and 1 -2 and 3 times to approve and sign the documents I just did not like the litles fly’s that are in the creep ? That to me it bothered me and the fack they go in your hair and do on .. that to me and my mom we did not like and wish that they do somthing about that please it’s not pleasant to go see are love ones and be in peace being there and sincere tranquility and thoses flys just annoyes you and a bit disgusting . By me and my family we appreciate if something guets done about that situations !! That I am very sures there’s others family’s that noticed and complained about it to . Thank you and have a wonderful end of a day .
When my son, Jaden, passed away on April 8th, 2021, he was laid to rest at Le Repos Saint-François d’Assise. As a mother grieving the loss of my baby, I felt a deep sadness that there wasn’t much personalization to acknowledge the babies who had been lost and buried in the Garden of Angels. I wanted to do something special to honour Jaden and to honour our babies, and I had the opportunity to work closely with the compassionate staff, including Gaëtan, who helped bring my vision to life.nnI shared my desire for butterfly plaques as a symbol of remembrance and healing, and I’m incredibly grateful that Gaëtan helped me make that happen. Today, thanks to that collaboration, butterfly plaques are now available for families to purchase in honor of their babies. It warms my heart to know that these plaques will bring comfort and remembrance to other grieving families. nnAs the founder of Little Bean Foundation, I am proud to see how this small gesture has grown into something meaningful for so many. It’s moments like these that remind me how important it is to keep working together to support and honour our little beans.nnThank you to Gaëtan and everyone involved for making this dream a reality. I hope these plaques provide families with a beautiful way to remember their precious babies.
Made many complaints about the smell and little flies in building la speranza and nothing had been done yet. Pay alot of money and can't even visit my husband for more then 5 min due to the rotting smell and flies.
It was Fathers Day on a beautiful sunday afternoon. I had parked my car near a door as there were several other cars parked there as well say just over 16:00hr. Upon my return to exit the door to the door was closed with a paper on the door stating that the door is defective hence the door is locked say 16:20. Several of had to make a detour and we were lucky that we were healthy to walk around the building. I went to see the responsible in the office who was very very rude no customer relations at all no effort to speak to me not even in english as i spoke in english. He just brushed me aside without any feeling. I went to to reception office who were very receptive to my complaint. I will say they are not at all customer oriented at all... Stay away from them all they want is your $$$$
Stay away from this place!! The fact that they made a horrible mistake by opening up the wrong crypt in front of invited guests and family members. It was the most disrespectful feeling, I ever felt. On top of that, I had to wait 30-45 minutes and witness the closing of the wrong crypt, in order to open up the right one. It's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.nnI went to complain to the head office, explained the situation to the receptionist and the response I received was '' the person in charge of complaints was in a meeting'?????? and I was told he would call me back''.nAGAIN, HORRIBLE PLACE....... STAY AWAY!!!!
