Although a bit more expensive than some other Poke Bowl places, the quality of the ingredients and the flavours here are great. I especially like how they include so many different condiments. It makes the flavour vary from bite to bite throughout the bowl. It just makes the whole meal more enjoyable by varying the combination of flavours. However, for 18$ a bowl, I was expecting a little bit bigger of a portion. Nonetheless, it was quite enjoyable and I would love to try their other seafood bowls such as lobster or crab and shrimp. One thing that they include which makes this place better than a lot of other poke bowl places is that they allow you to customize your own bowl. Being able to personalize a bowl can easily suit larger groups or more picky eaters like myself.
The poke bowl meal was delicious, service was quick we used UberEats and they packed all the utensils including forks for those who would rather eat it without chop sticks. Only reason for a 4 star rating is the portion to price ratio, many poké restaurants have a Buy One Get One Free promo but the sizes considerably decrease, you get what you pay for… The ingredients tasted fresh though so this is a great choice for a healthy feasible food!
I'm a little heated, so take my review with a grain of salt. I've gone to this location weekly or more often for the last 8-12 months. The bowls are a solid 4 star - no complaints. However, the locations has also increased their prices rather dramatically over the period of time also understandable. Today, I went in and asked for the daily special w/ the maki specials listed in image. The employee looked over to confirm which one. On receiving the bowl, I asked for the maki again. The employee was surprised and said I hadn't ordered it. I said that I did and that it's included in the daily specials. The employee said that the specials board is outdated and they haven't been applying it for "a long time". I told him I got the special with it all included within the last week and it was included. Alls to say, the employee wasn't budging but also didn't take the specials board down. I'd advise everyone to confirm your order and inclusions before you pay. This location has become very sketch.
Ordered through Uber eats. Good flavours and generous toppings, however the rice texture was too hard, giving the impression that it wasn’t fresh. I am very particular about my rice. Not what I would have expected at this price point.
We tried 2 pokes, the Lobster poke as well as shrimp and crab poke. They were both really fresh and delicious. I like that you can customize your own bowls and choose your own veggie and toppings!
The food is ok, but they forget to apply their own deals and they are understaffed. They cannot keep up with the orders waited 30 minutes and the guy keep having to stop and make online orders when he was already overwhelmed. They need to revise their service.
Ordered 6 custom poke bowls, they were all wrong, not 1 single bowl was as ordered. Wrong rice, wrong sauces, no ramen, no peanuts, no taste. No one asked for pineapple but 5 came with what seems like canned pineapple. We ate because after a very long wait food arrived just within the time schedule, we were starving, but everyone spent the meal commenting on what was or wasn't in their meal. Total fail
The poke was good. But the rice was hard like it wasn’t fresh.
Was a bit worried when I walked in.. place is dirty and food was being warmed up… but it tasted and looked great!!! Will be back
Good portion, fresh ingredients, cute small shop. Went there to order and pick up and they served us really fast even though we didn't pre order. We just came in and asked for the bowls and it took them only 10 minutes to prepare it and give it fresh and good. I recommend for people who loves sea food and kinda bowls.
