Incredible gluten free bakery, it’s a must go for all your bread and sweet treat needs. Staff is so nice and friendly. Def becoming a regular here.
I went there a week ago for the first time to try the croissant. Honestly I don’t know what kind of dough they use, but it was the worst croissant I’ve ever had! The texture and taste was different than a usually croissant au beurre… On top of it I also asked for a almond croissant, but when I got home I realized it was a chocolatine! Clearly wasn’t my best experience!
First time visiting today. Bought a chocolatine, Mille feuille and chocolate eclair for my daughter who has Celiac. They were all delicious. We look forward to returning and trying more of their products.
This outpost of the bakery opened recently and we went to try it. The selection is impressive - and so are the prices. I understand that making gluten free requires more expensive flours, but a baguette is 5$! We decided to try a selection of desserts. They looked so appetizing. Basically they were all OK, but absolutely loaded with sugar, to the point where nobody could eat more than a couple of spoonfuls. I don’t have Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, so will choose another bakery next time.
It was our first experience there. At first I should mention that the staff are so friendly and nice. We got croissant d'amand that was very overcooked on top and doughy on bottom layer. I could smell the raw egg that I really didn't like. I can say I have eaten much better croissant than this one. Also it was pricy.
The white baguette I bought was over cooked and had wait to much crust. The day after the bread was crumbling a lot. Although I saw that I got a refund on my debit card right after I bought it? Can’t really complain about a free baguette..
Best GF pastries and croissants ! Their almond chocolatine, eclairs and walnut bread are my favourites.
I highly recommend your absolutely delicious and amazing mille-feuilles, croissants, almond croissants and your turn overs. I can't wait to try more of your selections. Thank you so much!
Didn't even realize that this bakery is a gluten and lactose free bakery but everything looked so good. So wanting to support local businesses I bought a galette des rois and a buches de Noël pistachio flavor and wow for my first time buying these products I'm so thrilled. It was delicious my 3 young adult boys couldn't stop eating the cake so yes I'm hooked and will be a regular.
Had a wrap a quich and salade costed me 50$ and tasted bad, it wasn’t heated well still cold in the inside, lack of salt and not fresh. Usually bakers will make their products same day but this looked like it was there for at least 2 days. I’m giving 2 stars one for the taboula and the other for macron.
