Very friendly helpful customer service. Lady and the staff know their products. A personal call for pick was a nice touch too preparing to put them up soon! Looks nice already and a perfect white! . Got simili wood slats, by pivoting them, I still have light and privacy, not flimsy but sturdy construction. Thank you!
They answer really fast until you make your purchase and pay, then you have a hard time trying to book the instalation.nEven though you pay a fortune for the blinds they are HORRIBLE AND CHEAP QUALITY! The also called backout ones let more light in than the cheap blinds we had before.
The store was well laid out, bright and clean. The selection of options was also quite extensive. The service at the store was comprehensive, warm and friendly. The technician had a wonderful and caring attitude. He did a wonderful job very quickly getting our blinds up and working. 10/10 experience. The turn around time was very fast, to have the technician come out and measure and also to have them installed, less than 2 weeks. J'ai beaucoup aimer mon experience avec le service au magazin et aussi avec le technicien qui a installer mon store. Tres gentil et du bon travail de chaque bord!
We live out of town, fairly far, but there was no hesitation in sending someone to measure, then to install, at no extra charge. We appreciated the courtesy. The blinds are well fitted and all works as promised. Thank you.
Made to measure from the dimensions I provided. I've yet had time to put them up, but I'm sure they will be fine. 1*less for the pricey article as the same blinds at standard sizing were 1/2 price.
