Worst clinic I've ever seen in my entire life. Horrible customer service, they make you wait for an hour just to schedule an appointment, everything is booked, my wife had an emergency situation, they could only book 2 days later for her, and they would insist they would just look and not being able to do anything about it. As it is just a "consultation". This is ridiculous, they only care about money won't care if you are in pain, if you have human needs. My wife was in pain, with a piece of popcorn stuck in her teeth. Thankfully the piece of popcorn got out of her teeth, we cancelled the appointment with more then 24 hours in advance and they wanted to charge us for cancelation. Do yourself a favor, and go to another dentist. They are so complicated and won't care about you. They will just try to get your money. This dentist clinic is a TOTAL SCAM!
Super friendly staff and dentists, made me feel at ease even though I didn't tell them about my anxiety, charged me a price which was BEYOND reasonable. They truly care about their patients and I would recommend them any time.
BEWARE! THIS DENTAL CLINIC WILL CLOSE YOUR FILE IF YOU LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. Stépanie Girard, Director, left me a voice message clearly stating that she was, "closing my file because of the negative review I left on their website." I would rate this dental clinic with zero stars for their employee work ethic as well as the director's inability to follow up with rude, unprofessional, condescending and incompetent staff members. Apparently Google reviews are more important than professional work ethic at this establishment. I would definitely not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.
Excellent dentist. Service was very good. He was attentive to my anxiety and really took his time. He made sure i was numbed correctly and i felt literally nothing from the injections to the extraction. He even offered implant services which i will most deffinetly be looking into ! Great place. Took me as an emergency walk in. Im very content with the service and the staff :
Dr. Wen Zhao did it; managed Adam's phobia to a dentist chair and finally completed the procedure successfully! Thank you very much is not enough for the patience and the professional manner and for being on top of all a human!! Dr. Wen is highly recommended for adults and mainly for kids like my son, hats off!
We booked an appointment at this clinic for tooth filling, and changed our usual dentist due to his unavailability at the time we requested, we went on time at the clinic, the nurse started working as usual, taking x-ray etc.. ,and cleaning teeth without even asked us what you hear for, anyway spent an hour , then we were waiting around 45 minutes to see the dentist, finally the dentist showed up few minutes check up then he gave us another appointment for the filling, very upsetting, also they apply finger tip fluoride gel and cost us Cad 31.00 wich we have it home it cost us few cents to apply it.
