Visited this store for my first time today. Awesome store. A ton of games for a lot of different consoles. Even games for old and unusual consoles. Their inventory is really impressive. And of course, I love the shop cat! One recommendation for the shop though. I would recommend finding a different way to verify your games for the warranty. Placing the silver tamper-evident sticker right on the game disc makes it very hard to remove without damaging the disc. Unofficial stickers can hurt the value of games. Update: I went into this shop again today. When I picked out a few more game the owner let me waive the warranty to not put the stickers on the games. He was very polite about it and let me inspect the discs before purchase. I appreciate it.
Staff is nice and friendly! Prices are fair and they have a nice variety of items, I've shopped here a few times and would recommend it to others seeking older games or manga.
A veru good selection of games but everything is massively overpriced. Check other Ottawa stores and you'll see that they sell the same thing for 20-30% less.
A must-visit for any fans of retro games. They also have some anime-related merchandise as well.

why is the owner so condescending and rude?? It's the same every time I went, you are bothering him and he's a know-it-all. He wants your stuff for pennies, but will resell it from 40-70% the price he paid you. They are the monopoly in the region and you can tell he knows. Not going back and do not recommend!
A great store with all the selections of games you can think of. And if you' re looking to exchange your old console for a newer one. You can bring the old one in and exchange it for a price reduction on you newer console. The also buy games, games boxes, amibos/Skylander and any other gaming accessories. So if you need anything videogame related, I really recommend The Griffon Bleu.

Great selection of video games old and new. Lots of rare titles. Whether you're into video games, anime, DND or trading card games, this store has something for you!
Over the years I have visited every retro game store from Quebec City to Toronto and nobody comes close to having the same selection and prices as The Briffon Blue. Just a fun store to buy from.
