Big restaurant, nice ambiance. We tried the moussaka and the Dimaco pizza. Both were excellent. The pizza crust was very good with the butter they provide. Would come back again.
Very average had chicken brochette it’s very basic food gravy on rice was a bit weird would have like to have tzatziki instead but don’t think of this as authentic Greek. It’s nothing close to authentic.
If you want to visit the place in the supper hours you will find a long line, but it's worth the wait.
It is big place, and service was good. a lots parking, looks very popular locally. the food was good, and also could make it better..
The pizza and poutine was absolutely great, as was the service, a must try in Trois-Rivières!
When my partner and I were headed up to Québec City, he told me that we were going to have dinner at "Le grec" for pizza. In my mind, I thought he was talking about a typical "casse-croûte" or snack bar off the side of the road. Casse-croûtes are great, but they are everywhere. We finally arrived at Le grec and I was surprised to see all those cars parked in the parking lot. I thought there was a special event happening. As we walked in the restaurant, I realized that there was no special event at all: this was a regular event at this restaurant. We waited in line for a good fifteen minutes. My partner tells me that there are times when the line extends out the door. I believe him! The food pizza was excellent! The people I have talked with who have been to this restaurant tell me that it's the sauce that is good. I ordered the mini 9" pizza Dimaco which is topped with feta, black olives, tomatoes, onions, artichoke hearts, olive oil, and oregano--you can ask to switch the black olives for green olives which I did. It was delicious. I ate the whole thing! Check out their menu online to see the various pizzas that they offer. The service was friendly and efficient, considering all the patrons they have. The place is huge, but they offer amazing food!
Great food, lots of tables, fast, friendly service. We ate well!
Not authentic Greek food. BBQ sauce on my chicken platter vs tzakzit sauce huh
Food was great, menu changed. We missed the seafood platter.
It's blasphemy to call this a Greek restaurant! Brochettes covered with some disgusting ketchupy BBQ sauce over the uncooked canned "Dainty" rice with 3 tasteless potato wedges and a salad with no onions, 1 slice of tomato, no cucumbers, 1 black olive, no feta, tasteless salad dressing and NO tzatziki, anywhere!!! Pizza was OK, but nothing special..based on the reviews we were super excited to visit this restaurant as it looks realy original and authentic, but we left hungry and disappointed...the best thing about it was the waiting stuff and their pretty original uniforms
