Upon designing le george café-bistro, Beirut city was our muse. We tried to create a space that is as cosmopolitan as bubbly, as captivating and as warm as this city that never sleeps, the “Paris of the Middle East”.

In the colors, the forms, the melodies, the aromas, and the flavors, Creativity embraces Tradition stimulating and awakening the senses.

Behind the scenes, our team works meticulously to safeguard the bold authenticity of the mediterranean ingredients by embracing a subtle and fine method of cooking.
