Le 24 octobre 2013, l’entreprise a ouvert ses portes aux gens de son quartier. De fil en aiguille, le restaurant est devenu l’un des plus appréciés de la région de l’Outaouais et est un endroit de choix pour les touristes qui la visitent. Une belle récompense pour l’équipe du Foubrac qui a à cœur le bien-être de sa clientèle."

Not only was the burger cooked to perfection, but the topping choices were designed to give the ideal texture and flavor combination - compliments to the chef and cooks! nnLe Mont-Bleu Burger - 4.9/5n-huge, perfectly cooked patty n-super thick slice of mild blue cheese which melted into a delicious cheese sauce as I ate! n-roasted red peppers took it to another level n-fresh toppings and bun nnRio Bravo Burger - 4.9/5n-super thick and crispy baconnnBison Burger - 4.3/5n-nice combination of flavorsn-bison had a light flavor, not gamey at all
Pictures look great and tasty but the food we got did not reflect it.nnThe fries were a disgusting abomination. They were cold and stale fries that had been refried countless times. Burger was alright for the price.nnWhen I brought up that the fries were cold and stale the waitress suggested I upgraded to a Caesar salad and told me it would be an extra charge nnOverall very poor experience both in service and food. Which is a shame because the reviews are good and the pictures look great. But it’s not cool that the food managed to make it by the cook and the server. Look at the picture and you’ll see why I wasn’t thrilled.
We absolutely LOVED this restaurant. It is a MUST eat at if you are in Ottawa or Gatineau. It was the best meal of our trip! Wow! And the service was literally perfection -- some of the nicest humans work there We rode our e-bikes over from Ottawa. What a magical day. I had the Parisienne burger and we had the BEST mac and cheese in our lives. Merci!!!!
I highly recommend Le Foubrac as the place to go when you just want a really good burger!nThey also have awesome french fries.nI found the staff very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is conducive to a classic throwback diner that works for me.nI also recommend their pudding chomeur!nnUpdate: Feb. 22 - Back for a Hulloise and the pudding chomer. Same, same, same great experience!
Tried to go here, have been here several times in the past and was pretty good. On my most recent visit last week, even with open tables right in front of us, the staff let us stand there at the front door for 10 minutes with us in full view of the kitchen staff and with a child, before telling us they weren't seating any more tables because they didn't have enough staff. Will not be back, recommend to avoid.
