Story

Le Dolci is Toronto’s fun, foodie studio!

Located on Dundas Street West, our goal is to bring fun, foodie education and fabulous sweet treats to the city

We teach people how to make and decorate delicious treats like Parisian macarons, cupcakes, cake pops, mini fondant wedding cakes and host foodie trips to our favourite destinations in the world.

We host birthday, bachelorette and corporate events including our signature Iron Cupcake Challenge.

Our first foodie trip to Paris happens this July 2012 where we will have a week of hands on classes making croissants, baguettes, macarons and eclairs.

We took a buttercream flower cupcake decorating class with Lisa. It was terrific! The studio is clean, bright and easy to find. Lisa did an amazing job explaining everything in detail and showing us some techniques that would enable us to create our own beautiful garden on a cupcake! As a beginner I had literally zero skill - but left the class feeling pretty good about my future creations. It was fun, relaxed and very educational. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much Lisa!!! Looking forward to a sugar cookie class :-
I took 2 classes recently with Le Dolci macaron making & croissant making and they were both so fun! This was my first experience with any kind of baking/cooking class, and I will definitely be signing up for more classes with them. The instructors were so knowledgeable and helpful, and I left both classes feeling very confident that I can recreate the recipes at home.
I attended a cake decorating class on October 4, 2022 and it was great! Chef Stephanie was so patient, knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere for learning. On top of learning some great skills, I was able to bring the coolest dessert to Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious! Highly recommend!
I don’t know why I waited so long to finally take a class at Le Dolci!! I recently attended the Chocolate Masterclass Level 2, and it was such a great experience with a wonderful, patient teacher Heather and a great group of classmates. We came home with a ton of beautiful hand-made truffles 2 flavours! and various types of bark made from the leftover chocolate. I never thought I would be able to make such pretty display-worthy treats, but this class showed us it’s possible and not even that complicated : Looking forward to booking my next class very soon.
I booked a macaron class for my niece and I and we enjoyed it thoroughly! The kitchen was spotless and all necessary health precautions were taken. Chef Amanda was so kind and patient. We feel confident now that we can make macarons at home!
Le dolci hosted us for my friend’s bachelorette party as she’s an avid baker. We went with the macaron making class and all had a great time! Many of us had little baking experience and chef Shruti was very helpful and accommodated all of us! We had a great time and definitely recommend to others thinking of doing a private class. Thanks Le Dolci and chef Shruti!
Had the best time at the Chocolate Masterclass! It was a perfect balance between educational content and play time with the chocolate. Chef Lindsey was so knowledgeable and engaging! Highly recommend :
