The experience was seamless. I felt safe during the appointment, they are responsible with the social distancing and keeping everyone safe regarding the pandemic. Mostly they are so kind and understanding knowing I was afraid for the appointment. 10/10
The appointment process was easy, the clinic is clean, the receptionist lady was nice and patient with me. So i will rate my experience a 9/10.
Dentists and assistants here are all great with children. They speak gently, make conversation to distract them..and always keep tools hidden from child's view. Daughter had two teeth extracted and never knew she got 4 needles. Awesome team!
Dr. Lazam is highly professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.
I go there for 3 years and I call in for emergencies and always take me in on the same day ...best service I can ask for... the staff is very helpful and hours are very flexible!
Dr. Thanh Phuong Trinh is amazing. She is very friendly and professional. Even my 3 year old girl is totally in love with her. Our experiences were great. She is really helpful, gentle, patient, kind and takes time to explains thing in details. She will clearly tell you what needs to be done. For her, we will definitely come back!
BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Great staff, very friendly and they explain the process thoroughly. I'm not afraid of going to the dentist, but if I was, I would want them to be as understanding and reassuring as this team is.
