My experience with everyone has been excellent. They have been very diligent and effective when it comes to making my experience pleasant. I had the opportunity to connect with Evangelos. He went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible. I’m glad to have chosen Le Dimitrius as my next place to live.
If who ever handles their facebook ads is a correlation to how this building is managed I would stay away. If this represents a decision for acquiring a customer base someone is high on the job. Was a complete waste of time and zero professionalism, over a month delay to get an appointment to see condo, 0/10 for communication, 0/10 for professionalism, ended up cancelling viewing.
i miss the chandeliers and elegant marble floors, it looks like a cheap ikea showroom
I moved to Le Demetrius in my last year of university and it was the best decision I've made thus far. It's location is pristine - located centrally to everything downtown; the metro, the underground malls, restaurants, cafes, St. Catherine, and McGill university. The apartment was in perfect condition and there were absolutely no internal problems with it throughout the entire year. Regardless of the perfect location and condition of the building, its management and services are impeccable. Roudayna, the manager and real estate issuer takes care of her tenants with an open heart and with great speed. She will always, hands down, have a solution to any of your problems. Her, along with the maintenance man of the building, Paul, have always been there to provide quick and useful solutions to any obstacles I've witness in this year within minutes. Consistent service, beautiful property, safe, homey-feeling, and convenient. Would recommend 100%.
They advertise 24-security and concierge service. That's a dirty lie. More than half the time the office is empty and so is the garage. No wonder theft is so common these days.
Lived here temporarily, and lived how close it was to Metro, coffee shop, SAQ and everything else in downtown. Excellent location and nice modern rooms.

I’ve lived in this building for a few years now and It USED TO BE one of the best in montreal. It’s unfortunate that I’ve witnessed its downfall. From the half done “renovations”, to the lack of staff and 24 hour security, to the huge ugly parcel box that was put right in-front of the beautiful mirror that was once there. Don’t even get me started on the constant smell of fried food in the lobby coming from the cafe with a backdoor into the building. Le Demetrius’s identity has completely shifted from an elegant, classical style, excellently staffed building; to an ugly, poorly-maintained, lifeless one. This building was once my home, however i won’t be staying here for much longer.
