Came in for a New Year’s Eve outfit and found a great sweater/shirt/tie combo. I would have really loved to get a pair of pants but the stock in sizes were a little limited. The store was surprisingly clean and organized for such a busy location. The staff was Phenomenal!!! Had great conversation with the manager and then forgot the tie when I left! I came back a couple hours later to find that she had put in a bag to hold it for me. Amazing service at this location. Thank you so much and see you again soon!
Was passing by the area and decided to go in and check out the outlet store for the first time. Was immediately greeted by Khatija, with a big smile . What I really liked was that she seemed genuinely happy to help and get me my shoes to try on in my size, so many times back and forth. Thank you. Naila B.
Not the best Le Chateau location. First of all the location is very small and awkward. The employees also seem to have given up and don't care. No one bothers to greet you when you enter and they don't seem that knowledgeable when you do ask them questions. Tip Top and Moore's that is in the same mall are much better alternatives.
Yevonna was very helpful and we were looking for the right size for my brother. She went out of her way to find the right size for my brother by calling the other stores and holding it for my brother. Great shopping experience.
Outlet has very good prices and a lot of selection do you have to look for sizes as not all sizes are available but if you can find your size you can find a good deal stuff is nice but this place needs a little bit of more cleaning rest is good
This is one of the best Le Château I have ever been.The customer service is amazing. The girls are super amazing including the manger. Their customer service is real deal.
My wife shops here and as an observer this location is one of the worst Le chateau locations. After a few unpleasant visits she has decided to not return here. The staff here is horrible, they offer no help or have the courtesy to even offer you help even after being in the store for a half hour.
Horrible management, treats their staff horribly with ultimatums and threatening to fire them. Messy location, not an enjoyable environment. Feel bad for the staff you deserve to be treated better.
I bought cardigans and sweaters . Cardigans were good but swearers did shrink. Not at all comfortable
