The food here is fantastic. I had cold smoked trout with blueberry confit as an appetizer and mushroom risotto in shallot cream sauce and Truffle oil as a main. Both were terrific. Definitely make a reservation. We arrived Friday night at 7 without one and the available table was 8. It was worth the wait. Parking: Lots of free parking across the street
Charming location, serving delicious plates, wine and cocktails. They stole my heart at the warm bread on the house, they brought to get us started. The pan-fried foie gras appetizer didn’t disappoint, as well as the Cod fillet main plate and the Mushroom Ravioli - all beyond expectations. The staff may need a bit more serving training but the kitchen is definitely run by professionals, which is what matters. There is parking both next to the restaurant and across the street. We will stop by again when we’re back in the area.
The food there is incredible, the steak was the best we've had. And the cheesecake was amazing as well. Staff was very courteous. This restaurant deserves it's success for sure. Good luck!!!Food: 5/5
There was a problem with reservations and we waited for half an hour past our reservation time but once we sat and ordered it was a great experience. Everything we ordered were great and very tasty. We took soup of the day veggies ,onion soup , Shrimps, filet mignon, salmon, and pizza . Arugula salad was so delicious. All main dishes come with rise and veggies. Highly recommend.
Absolutely phenomenal place. Stayed at the fairmont close by, decided to check out the town of Montebello and very happy we did. Came on a Friday afternoon, quite a few tables and looked decently busy. We had the carpaccio and calamari salad. Carpaccio was fantastic, flavour bang on, the mushroom mayo that accompanied it was such a compliment to the whole dish. Calamari was seasoned incredibly well with the breading, reminded me of a fried chicken dredge similar seasoning 2 pizzas and a bunch of drinks we had a blast! So much so we had to change plans and come back on the next day for lunch before we left. Piri piri octopus and foie gras poutine. Both amazing, flavours on everything we had was bang on, cooked perfectly, and not too long of a wait. Service was fantastic, kitchen staff should be proud of what they are accomplishing. Pizza guy was spinning pies effortlessly, was a joy to watch him work. Amazing all around, thank you to the whole staff for making our time so memorable . This place will be the main reason for us driving a 7 hour trip again to come back!!
We ordered a pizza here and I would say it was in my top 5 best ever pizzas! Wood fired with sausage and the cheese is made right in Montebello. Service was great and atmosphere delightful. Dessert was to die for. Kid-friendliness: Were young children there. Parking: Parking was easy on street and free. Wheelchair accessibility: My mother easily maneuvered with walker.
Fantastic food and service. Make a reservation, this place gets very busy. Atmosphere is relaxed and the deserts are a must. They are not very fast when busy but everything is made to order.
High quality food made a perfect combination with home-brewed beer. Booking was smooth and reception was as expected. Surf and turf dish is a must there!
Amazing place really recommended!! The ambience was great, very clean, excellent food at a very fair price point. Staff were very pleasant! Don't think twice - eat there! Parking: Dedicated parking lot across the street from the restaurant
Update: I can’t believe that the waitress asked for more tip after we already paid and tipped! I consider it rude for someone to ask for more when we’re done paying and tipping! The food was still very good so I’ll keep my review but it’s extremely unprofessional… Still sitting hee as I’m writing this review. I think I’m enjoying the best meal of my life. Like what?!?? The wine and the meal‍‍‍‍
