Story

Depuis la fondation en 1983, l'objectif du Bilboquet est de fabriquer les meilleures crèmes glacées et les meilleurs sorbets qui soient.

Tout est fabriqué de façon artisanale (aucune chaîne de production!) avec uniquement des matières premières de très haute qualité, sans additifs ou colorants qui ne soient naturels. Nous utilisons du vrai lait 3.25% et de la vraie crème 35% et comme de raison des jus purs et des vrais fruits. On utilise que du vrai! Les ajouts, biscuits ou autres, utilisés dans nos glaces sont fabriqués sur place par nos pâtissières.

Nous avons la fierté de faire l'impossible pour utiliser des produits en provenance du Québec et du Canada. Par exemple, notre lait et notre crème proviennent de la région du Saguenay-Lac St-Jean, notre chocolat de la Montérégie, nos emballages et certains de nos fruits des Cantons de l'Est, et plusieurs autres matières premières de la région de Montréal. Certains autres fruits proviennent de la région du Niagara en Ontario ou de la Vallée d'Okanagan en Colombie-Britannique.

I love their boutique ice creams and sorbets. One of my favourites is the guava sorbet. Reminds me of the Caribbean  there is lots of outdoor seating.

Simply amazing. A bit pricey but definitely worth it

Excellent sorbet and ice cream! Love their mango sorbet and chocolate Nutella ice cream more chocolate flavouring than Nutella hazelnut flavour, which I prefer! Excellent and friendly service. Will be back to try their lunch combo, as well as other flavours of ice cream!!

Great selection, coffee is good as well. Good safety measures in place for Covid19 and wonderful location

Im a regular at this location. Ive made good friends with the staff there, and they have always been very accommodating. Claire and Sofia are very nice and always make me smile!
