Very terrible customer service. I was there to check out at around 7pm yesterday. The cashier was talking with an annoyed attitude and being very rude. At that time just herself there to help customers to check out. She complained loudly like why the other cashier was not there, why only herself was there to help customers to check out. Then she took out her terrible emotions to me? Hopefully it was not because she is actually racist.nnIf she was not happy to do her job, maybe don't stay there to ruin customers beautiful days.

Terrible customer service! Cashiers are ignoring customers, they are not helpful and are very rude. Shame on LCBO for not providing proper customer service training and not enforcing it from their employees. I receive much better service from any regular grocery store.

Go to place, local to me and staff is always amazing and always stocked up on items! Very helpful

Phoned in and spoke with a pleasant man named Steve. I was checking if the store had a certain bottle of Chablis in stock. Though he found it in the digital system, he offered to physically check for me as well to verify that there wasn't an error. Great service.

Big LCBO, good assortment. I have trouble finding what im looking for, but the staff is very helpful.
