As soon as I walked in the lovely young lady at front of the store was doing a taste testing. I did enjoy the first wine offered, ended up buying it. I completed my shopping and was greeted by another lovely young lady who checked me out. Her demeanor was so warm and welcoming. I do appreciate that.

Lots of selection. Staff knowledge about their craft beer. Surprise beer bag was a great idea!!

Once in awhile I find myself in this place great selection. when you are in the aisles you just feel like picking everything up. I always something new different that I've never had before. Try it and just experiment. Great store amazing staff I always enjoy my trips to this LCBO

I had a terrible experience here as of April 25th 2018. I bought 3 waterloo radlers and a case of Stella beers. Went to pay with 40 dollars and decided to give my friend his 10 dollars back after the purchase (I owed him cash because he bought me food). The cashier wanted to decline the whole transaction due to the fact that I handed my friend the 10 dollars. She assumed I was buying for my friend who actually HATES alcohol. For that cashier, you cannot assume that I’m buying for him. That 10 dollars change could be used for ANYTHING. For you to assume that made me feel very attacked. Although there was only 1 witness, I felt very embarrassed being called out for making a legal purchase. I will no longer be purchasing from this LCBO EVER.

The staffs here are friendly and helpful. One of them just showed me the best deal of the season, more than 50% off Italian red wine ... ;-)
