Quite a bit of new stuff in this tiny litte shop. Very friendly ladies

This is a nice big store for a mid size town. Smallish Vintages section and not much as far as french wines. Staff were super friendly and check-out was fast. Would have been nice to have automatic doors. Exiting with an arm full was not easy as the doors are difficult to open.

It's a space full of booze. I'm not sure why I'm bothering with this? I'll give 5 stars to any large space filled with booze, no other details matter. Grumpy staff? Who cares, look at all the alcohol! Don't have the particular bottle of poncy wine I was looking for? So what!? There's a whole aisle just for tequila! Hey, maybe if they didn't have a fairly large, well-stocked cold room full of beer, I might be persuaded to give it 4 stars... but they do have such a room, attached to the aforementioned bigger room full of booze. I might try and hack Google so I can start giving any place which is a big room full of booze 6 stars. But until then, I'll have another drink and be glad to my bones that there's so much alcohol very nearby. It is very comforting to know that I can walk in any direction and within 20 minutes I can be on my way to oblivion,, forgetting all my responsibilities and caring only about what my doctor said about my liver test results last month. But a couple tequila shots pushes those uncomfortable thoughts behind an agave veil and life is happy and good again.
