Terrible experience at this store. The manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to process a DoorDash order despite me leaving the store to avoid confusion. Their behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional. LCBO needs better training for staff. Very disappointing!
Terrible customer service from whoever the cashier with the name tag Mia is, very rude and unprofessional.
6 people waiting inline, a cashier opens a second till. Some woman jumps the line and the cashier proceeds to serve her anyway. Disregarding everyone already waiting in line. Since when did bad manners in adults become exceptable?? Shame on the cashier.
It was hilarious i walked into their storage area by mistake, thinking it was the walk-in cold room at the same time one the staff was asking the security personnel if they had caught any rogue today... The whole staff members have a meeting in the storage area started laughing so hard! It was a nice playful store with really easy going people and my mudshake was as usual very nice
The staff is friendly and nice. The store is kept nice and clean, but I find that every time I come here the selection is not the same. It is getting less and less. They have a great selection on coolers wine and other liquors not so much!
