Nice customer service.
I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The cashier's attitude was poor, and their behavior was disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable throughout my interaction with them. I hope the management addresses this issue for better customer service in the future.
Cashier was a bit short brunette lady. Rude and unwelcoming, didn't talked to me at all and didn't respond after I thanked her. Never going to go there if my life depends on it.
Vlad did an amazing job helping out. Though the bottle we wanted wasn't on the shelf, he looked everywhere for it and quickly tracked it down for us. Excellent customer service, thank you so much Vlad!
My usual LC in the neighborhood. They have hired new staff and I'm happy they're open to inclusivity. I prefer coming here just for the awesome staff and selection, of course. Thanks for all your hard work over the holidays!!
