The largest selection available, especially if your looking to try something new. Lots of free parking is a bonus, and the staff is really helpful. Would recommend making the trip from surrounding areas. Also have regular tasting events to try.
seline cashed me out and NEVER in my life have I had such a horrible customer service experience. i am a legal 20 year old with a valid canadian drivers license. after entering the store the woman came up to me and told me i was rolling my eyes at her when i was most certainly not. she then says “look u just rolled ur eyes again” as if she were my mother. excuse me? last i checked it’s not illegal to roll your eyes at a rude employee who won’t leave you alone and won’t stop trying to act superior towards you for no reason. i will genuinely never go to this branch again after my experience with seline. please go to any other lcbo in guelph this place is the worst.
Great experience, lots of customers but also lots of employees. Lines move fast and the store is full of many options you may want.
Dayum they really up'd the selection here. Nicely done! Good store. Service was frightenly fast for Halloween weekend - haha, I'll see myself out.nnUpdate because Google said I get extra points if I add new deats: yep, there's still alcohol here.
Great LCBO location. Very well stocked and maintained.nnI asked one of the staff members for help... a lady assisted me:she was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she must be on her 50's and if this helps, it was on Nov 24th 2021 around 4:25pm. Once again, she was amazing and so helpful. Kudos to her.nnI will definitely come again to this store.nnFully recommended
