Worst customer service i have experienced in canada in last 2 years. Everybody had an attitude problem. They didn't even let us keep the basket on the floor with the stuff in it, how do you expect us to hold the basket with the stuff in it all through the shopping experience? Isn't that stupid.nIf you wanna ask for an id, there's always an acceptable way, but the way cashier was talking highly unappreciated.nThe manager Lee, kept an eye on us as if we were stealing, just because he was from a different ethnicity.

The black female cashier was very rude and she charged me twice for a bottle of Vodka and when I went back she never apologized. She did it purposely. The management should take some action about this rude cashier, its my worst experience at a LCBO store.she didn't even had her name tag on her uniform and she was pissed when I showed her the aeroplane card and she told me that I should have showed it before and I told her that it was her job to ask for it and then she told me to stop nonsense and follow the pinned.she is not suitable to be in the front and she should be taught what customer service is.

One of my favorites. Good location, parking, large open space inside and as a result everything and anything is very easy to find. Sometimes it's busy, but man is it manageable. ,. Very good stock, displaying beer, wine and all other liquors. With a wide range of whisky, brandy, rum n gin options. Very nice and cheerful people who work

Counter 4 - time 2 50 pm , May 24 . Please someone teach this girl that lcbo is not her home and should deal with people in a better manner because she doesn't know that actually we are paying her. This woman was pissed when I showed my Areoplan card after she done scanning .She was telling me that I should have told her before. It is her duty to ask whether we have card or not.People like this should not be in the front.

Everything is good, cashier spoke very rude, I guess he is mexican wearing jewelry in ears, he was so rude, he asked if I need bag for the bottle, I said “Yeah” and he said “yes please, say it proper way”, it was so rude, at the end it would be my choice what I want to say. Never gonna visit here again. He is bald. So rude.
