Sally provided exceptional customer service! When we were exiting we purchase a bit of alcohol and it toppled over, she went out of her way to assist outside. When I was bringing my cart inside the store to return, she was also there to assist! Love to see this “extra mile” customer service!
Went in for something that wasn't on display and the employees there went in the back to get the item for me. I was that customer who came in 20 minutes before close and they were still very accommodating. Great service.
Well stocked for everything except beer that they treat like wine -- mix&match which beer drinkers don't do, and limited to six packs. But friendly and very helpful staff.
I don’t know why the ID is mandatory in LCBO or not. I usually go this LCBO for like 50 times in a week to pick up the order and no one ask me for the id for like 49 times and just ask one time. If you guys need ID when checkout you need to ask each and every customers who visit LCBO. The employee should speak politely with the customer doesn’t matter who the customer is.
There was a brown cashier guy, who had no manners to talk to customers. He was so rude. Worst customer service ever had.
