I go here regularly and from time to time I see Shirley working on cash or on the floor. She is always greeting the customers. She calls us her guests . She has recommended to me Squealing pig as my family drinks New Zealand whites and recently I purchased Korean Makeolli rice wine and she introduced me to Peach & Grape flavors. Its nice how the staff shares their products to us . I now have these as my regular buys! Thank you Shirley This LCBO has some great people.
All staff members were attentive and caring. And they offered free wine tasting. Be aware that once you're in, you might not want to leave.
This is my favorite LCBO store! They always have a fantastic selection of wines to choose from, and the staff are outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Lora—she went above and beyond to help me find every bottle I needed and even recommended a delicious white wine that perfectly matched my preferences. Exceptional service!
Clean and well kept.nnRoaming Security guard to hopefully stop the ever increasing shoplifting incidents.nnWell stocked. Would be better if they had a larger selection of Korean Soiju. Look for the weekly sales.nnEffective quick to respond management, will increase check out cashier's of lines should get long to avoid customer inconvenience.nnStaff helpful and knowledgeable on alcohol recommendations
This LCBO is tidy, very organized, make it easy to shop around. All the countries are highlighted to know which country or region the alcoholic beverages comes from, saving us time and we do not have to guess looking at each bottle to know where it is from. The los shelving make it easy to see all around the store. I would recommend this store, I just would like it to have more decorations to celebrate the seasons.
