Kind and caring staff makes this location look like a great role model for every outlet. Particularly if it's not a big deal for you, the parking lot SUCKS, but it's because of the employees that it's my favorite place to get liquor.
Easy to find what your looking for and the staff was very helpful
Very poor service from line backer like male cashier expected me to get my own boxes to pack 12/1.5L bottles. This is a small store with not a normal LCBO setup, boxes are always free but not in the normal waist high cupboards this store has none of those, most ppl would not know where to look. When buying in bulk I've never had this issue, I guess I should have left the bottles in his lane and walked out when he told me to get the boxes myself!! Very different experience than when I was at the store on Monday with another 12 bottle purchase. I would hate to say it but honestly i believe the service was due to racial apperances! Seriously, how are you supposed to serve next customer if all my 2 boxes worth of bottles are all in the way?? Only reason for a 2 star review instead of the 1 star which this experience was worth, was due to exceptional experience recieved on Monday and the in store help by female associates both times to find a specific wine and the friendly service from Monday's cashier. Maybe this small store if you order for pickup when you never know when it's gonna be picked would be better as they have to put in boxes and set aside, but then I could only imagine the headache as I could not see a place where they put their pickup orders and to think the cashier would have to retrieve full boxes and carry and move them wonder what that experience would be like?? I guess this cashier took Hump day literally and was giving it to certain customers.
Terrible staff and customer service. Attended this location after the farmers market. Store has been here too long. Too small, no signage for line ups and most of the staff are seniors and grumpy. We came in to buy two boxes of wine. We usually go to larger LCBO’s where there is signage about lining up etcnnWe grab our boxes and lined up behind cashier #3. I was abruptly told by a senior cashier to line up. I said I was in a line behind the customer in # 3. He said there is one line yet no sign and cashier #3 chirped in there is only one line who knew. When we started to advance, it was very confusing as to which cashier you were supposed to go to. Even the guy in front of me didn’t know where to go & we both were jogging between where we were supposed to. be. When I finally got there I made a comment to Cashier #1 that this was very confusing. And then a chirp from cashier #3 “no it’s not”.nnIf I think it’s confusing it’s my opinion to say so. The customer is allowed to provide feedback!nnWe have lived in Brampton for 38 years and will never go there again and will advised neighbours and friends. Close the store! Too small & terrible customer service
Very poor customer service, beside showing id of 28 years old still not giving alcohol. Satinderpal singh needs to train more. He doesn’t know rules.
