"The Lazy F Guest Ranch is a 2500+ acre working Texas cattle ranch established in 1853. Bring your horses and ride on a 168-year-old, historic Texas cattle ranch! Day riders welcome.The ranch has 75 miles of maintained trails, 18 covered horse stalls, 7 RV electric/water hookups, and 4 guest rooms by the swimming pool. The county water system furnishes the water. We have a toilet in the barn and a shower/toilet by the pool, available for guests. A full-size refrigerator/freezer by the barn. Fires are allowed.This is a working cattle ranch and guests can join the bi-annual cattle roundups April & October. Guests join our cowboys in rounding up and working all the cattle on the ranch.Call for reservations."

We had a great ladies camp and ride get-away at Lazy F last May. We enjoyed beautiful scenery and lovely trails. We finished the day with a swim in the pool and dinner on the patio. The covered corrals were in good condition and we were thankful our horses had them for the brief ran storm that blew in that evening. We are heading back this November and bringing the kids to ride and camp.
Spent this weekend with my husband here. Had a wonderful time, Mr Clay is so welcoming and made us feel right at home! The ranch is beautiful, the trails are amazing! Everything is so clean and well kept. Can’t wait to go back!
Mr Clay was so hospitable. We needed a quick get away and this place was just perfect. Nice 2 hour ride on our horses. Beautiful land.
Hauled in my horses for the weekend. Stalls were very nice, lots of shade. Pool available for an extra fee. RV hookups available, or just camp in a tent. The property is amazing, so much space to ride around for hours. If you bring your dog, make sure they won't chase the cattle, as this is a working ranch and you'll come across free roaming cattle along your ride. Definitely will be coming here again!
Bunk bed not comfortable but all else amazing! Clay and Betty provide a cute place with gorgeous pool, bath house and nice pens for our horses. We shall return soon!!
I absolutely love the peacefulness of the Lazy F guest ranch. The owners are the most hospitable hosts that I have ever experienced in all of my travels around the world. The pool is beautiful and the ranch is a paradise. Just love the owner and her dad.
Great trails with good footing. Miles and miles both shaded and sunny. Nice comfy clean cabin and a great pool. Well-made stalls covered and convenient. All in all a really great riding place.

I am a property manager for a vacation rental company of very high end homes. Although, I did not stay in the rooms, I did walk in them and they are perfect for a great night's rest and to hit the pool or trails the next day. They come with beds and a full bath, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. We rented a rv hook up and pitched a tent for experience. We used 3 of their covered stalls. The stalls are clean and accommidating. The barn is lit at night. The barn is about 100 ft from the rv hook ups which isn't bad at all. The pool is beautiful and great to cool off. The trails are AMAZING! We took our daughters who are green and horses who are green and were able to find our way around and back with no issues. There is a map you can use on your phone with all the trails marked out. The owners are AMAZING as well and really care! They are very friendly and are there for any questions. This ranch has so much rich history also. We will be back.
