Don’t know what happened. Chicken has no test/no salt. Used to be a good place. Only fries small 3.69 something with ketchup and mayonnaise charge me 5.29. They put too much vegetables. Sorry not again here.
Drenched in garlic sauce I asked for extra sauce on the side the girl and boy completely ignored me and just kept talking their language. SAVE UR $32 FOR 2 CHICKEN SHAWARMA SALADS ITS NOT EVEN WORTH IT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This shawarma we got today was LAZEEZ the only problem is that it was kind of expensive and the customer service was not perfect other than that it was yummy.
Not the best location. Has been going downhill. When it's made right they do a fairly decent schwarma wrap, the last few times I've visited the wraps haven't been staying together and the ingredients are not as fresh.
This is the worst location they refuse to cut fresh meat for you they instead wanna give u chicken that is all mashed up like dog food this is false advertising take the pictures of nice fresh cut meat down if you guys are gonna sell ppl chicken scraps that video I seen on tik tok was right if you are gonna sell shawarma why cut it all up no other shawrma place I have gone to do this pita land been in business very long they don't pulverize your chicken other location serve you nice fresh chicken if you have to give people scraps with cartilage it is not right I buy this food for me an my children I am not one to complain but enough is enough the person running this place is a joke at least hire some people who have respect an customer service not some stuck up snotty nose kids the chicken is as chopped up as the rice I u derstand cutting a little but tea h your employees how to cook the meat appropriately so it is ready this is not shawarma
Good food but bad customer service. I am a regular customer and I go to get my dinner there at least one day on weekend, pretty much every week. I usually get a layered dish, regular size which usually makes a mess because of the extra sauce. Today, I simply requested for a large box and in the process, I was prepared to accept a lower quantity than even my regular-size dish. But the lady in glasses didn't care to let me explain and finish when I tried to explain to her. Instead, she rudely said, "Pay for the large and I will use the large box" First I thought I couldn't finish because of her interruption and she may not have gotten a proper idea what I was asking so I tried to repeat myself but again I was interrupted and on top of that, she said, "That is what I am saying" But hello, you didn't even hear my request properly. And like that was not enough, the cashier taking my order said, "She said she cannot use the large box" like I didn't know how to speak or listen to English. I would now think twice before going there because of this treatment. I would give 0 stars if I could. I know this review won't mean much to the store but it could be helpful for some customers.
Love coming to this location, the staff is super quick and friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty. A little bit sketchy at nighttime but it’s my favourite Lazeez location.
Going downhill really fast. Been going to this location since the day it opened and it used to be really superb. The shawarma wraps used to have sauce, food actually tasted fresh and the price was still a bit expensive but it was overall good. I eat from this location once or twice a week and have noticed it going downhill. They are super stingy with the sauce and portion as when I've ordered a shawarma in the last few months, it tasted super dry. Like no sauce at all and keep in mind that the price has increased by a bit. Even when I order their large on the rocks, all the good bites are in the corner of the box and its only rice and chicken for the rest of the bites and no sauce. The price has also gone up to like $16. Didn't use to be like that. There's also an increase in cartilage pieces in the food items they have here and the chicken nowadays usually is not fresh. I've been to some locations at Mississauga and the difference of food quality and service is night and day! Prices have gone up and quality has gone down in this location. There's better options for shawarmas if you want a good proper one such as Ali Baba's one at Rexdale or Osmow's Albion location, some locations r garbage too sometimes. Any middle eastern store is way better if you are looking for rice and chicken on the rocks. Will not be ordering from here again as I am sick and tired of constantly receiving unappetizing orders again and again. Don't waste your money till these guys get their act together!
I have been coming to these place since two years, yet same delicious taste, same quality and nice environment.. clean space and good food. must try is - lazzez on the rocks.Food: 5/5
