I went to Doors open. Inside was beautiful. I was surprised, 1000 people can enter for huge classroom. Looks is theater!
This building also called Laz Hall is one of the best buildings in the city of Waterloo - and this is coming from a University of Waterloo student it’s a Wilfrid Laurier University building. The lecture hall is state-of-the-art and the building features great facilities. There’s indoor plants and the whole feel is nothing short of a world class airport with modern and hi-tech facilities. Great to study, chill, or attend lectures.
Best building in the city. Perfect atmosphere, great auditorium, clean and modern, massive, lots of study space, super pretty. Love it.
Attended google dev fest and it was fun.
Very, very nice building. Definitely the best on Laurier campus and among the best study spots along with Waterloo's E5/7 Engineering building, M3, and EV3. Bloomberg access is really nice. The students and people are fantastic. For any students reading this, the rooms automatically lock at 12, but you can still use the projectors and lights. It's really nice to practice presentations and study with groups
