Excellent customer service and very responsive and helpful when I had questions about a new prescription product.
Was looking for a product on sale buy 1 get 1. Only 1 in stock. Seen a floor employee , spoke to them saying there is only one - do you have more - they looked at me with the look don’t bother me - in response she replied “ is that what the sign says ?” I said never mind and walked as I would ask at cash - halfway down the aisle she replies I’m sorry disgustedly Help is hard to find however customer should have welcoming service. It doesn’ t hurt for employees to work on a good customer service experience. This is my go to store. Don’t feel like returning with this kind if service. I was gladly helped at the cash with a rain check
You can find variety in each department, No very friendly staff, I said I was making reviews for google they got upset for taking pictures.
Asked for a product, staffer didn't know, another staffer went to ask pharmacy, was told its behind the counter. Waited in line and ask at the counter and told have to wait for Pharmacist. Finally they're free, he doesn't seem to like the product I'm after and asks a ton of medical questions, walks me over to the section I had already looked at asking more questions then tells me he doesn't carry it. Thank you for reminding me why I gave up on this dump years ago.
