I have cigarette smoke constantly in my apartment from the chain smoker next door. The superintendent has tried to help but there hasn’t been improvement.

Really disorganized, I was even asked some illegal questions about my race, didn't tell about the possibilities for the lease, didn't respond me till I asked what is going on. Cuz, I had to give my money to book the unit. So I needed to know the process ASAP Even they lied that somebody else took a unit. I saw the updated ad on kijiji right after I was denied!!!! Now, I have to wait to get my money back. I also have to find a place again. They wasted my time too. If they called me right away, told the truth and gave my money back immediately, I wasn't that upset.. They skipped and ignored the whole process. So unprofessional.

Rental units are infested with cockroaches and other disgusting vermin. Drug dealers live in my building and vandalize cars and other personal property, and the landlord refused to protect the resident tenants. I complained to management when I was attacked on the property, and the management said "It's not our problem". Rent at your own peril!

My super is very easy to deal with, rental process was quick. Flooring was brand new, love my apartment.

This Land Lord company is terrible. Stay clear of their buildings.
