His office even went above and beyond to send us some paperwork after hours one day so that we could promptly close on the purchase of our new home in CA! I used Seth to purchase an investment condo in Stamford. The people in his office are polite, patient and professional. During the closing as papers were flying across the table to be signed, I felt like I was well represented and everything went smoothly. Seth was great at explaining the process and what I was signing. If you are buying any sort of property in Fairfield County, I would highly recommend talking to Seth.

Seth has guided us through the foreclosure/mediation process with one of the major banks. Seth has proven himself to be empathetic, professional and a man of integrity. His strategies have shown that he understands the mentalities and processes involved. He is always patient and a great teacher making sure we understood what was happening at every turn. He is not one of those attorney's who are always watching the clock. Thanks to Seth, our family has been able to stay in our home. I have highly recommended Seth to my friends and family and will continue to. The world needs more attorneys like Seth Arnowitz (although it would put an end to the lawyer jokes).
