Ian and his staff provide excellent professional service. The prices are inline with his competition however I found him to be very personable and patient taking the time to ensure we understood all the paperwork involved. We used the office to purchase and later to sell homes involving traditional as well as alternative financing. Ian was on time, his office was great with communication and all aspects of the transaction completed to our satisfaction.

We hired Mr. Gavaghan to finalize the purchase of our first home. He was pleasant, efficient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner and in a way we could understand. He came highly recommended to me and I have since passed on his card to friends. If you are looking for a knowledgeable lawyer with great service and very fair prices (especially compared to others in Kingston), look no further. We will use his services again if and when we need them.
