Very professional legal service provider. Friendly but knowledgeable in staff. Fees are reasonable. Office is located on a very convenient ans easily accessible location.

Unprofessional, no work ethics, no regard for his clients, poor customer.service. We got charged $3000 penalty because he didn't do our closing on time. Even though we provided all the supporting documents and were on top of everything. When we demanded clarification and proof , he sent us to banks to pay for damages incurred. Didn't take a slight responsibility for his actions. There should be a complaint against him in law society. Never going back to him again.

Don’t get your house closing from here, they will figure out ways to charge you more at the end and you can’t argue with them. Amrita singh told me the fees would be $1000 dollar,, but charged me $2500 at the end ,, saying $1500 for adding your wife name. And you can’t back out when you only have 2 days left to closing.

Very poor quality service. Just interested in money to garb but do not look into business matter and act. Did my real estate transaction. He signed all documents and did Land transfer on closing date. He issued me a statement that he has received full payment on closing date. That was not the case. Buyer paid after 10 days of closing date. I lost an opportunity of buyer default and higher Market price. Means he didn't worked for me, he worked for his money.

I had my mortgage refinance, They told me Lawyer fees will be $1000 and they changed me $2000 for that. After discussions he ended up charging $1800 wich is more than what Mr. Ramesh himself agreed on. He was agreed on $1000. I have call recording for that. But he charged $800 more. I wouldn't not suggest because of unfairly and unfaithful taken my $800. For him $800 is not huge amount but for me, It was. Please avoid him.

He is fortunate, no option for 0 star. Ethics : 0 Professionalism : 0 Every visit asking same question again and charge for writing on blank page is $50cash. I doubt he took the oath.

Ramesh Patel, such a great guy with extreme patience. Not only him but his staff too. I was in dilemma as had to close the deal in two days he helped me out a lot and his staff did way too hard work. I definitely recommend him.
