I can, without any hesitation, whole heartily recommend Mr. Mouganis. I was arrested for trespassing, I felt I did nothing wrong and needed to stand up for myself, I hired Emanuel Mouganis to represent me, he advised me that this would be a very difficult case because we were up against some very big names in the community. We decided to take this case to trial . Emanuel answered every one of my questions and all of my concerns, he was prepared for trial and ultimately I was found not guilty! I could not have done it without Emanuel Mouganis!!! I would recommend emanuel for any of your legal needs!!

Emanuel Mouganis is a very attentive attorney. He took a lot of time to carefully listen to me and reflect in a very detailed and focused manner with impeccable precision to the requirements I needed. He is very approachable and is always reachable. Working with him was very pleasurable and personal - very unlike a typical corporate law firm experience.

I would recommend attorney Emanuel Mouganis because of his high level of character/ Ethic. His character/ethic drives how he practice law. His commitment to the practice oflaw, his client and other attorneys are driven by his high ethics that he holds himself to. He goes above and beyond what the Law states that an attorney should do for his clients I have told every person that I have referred to him that they will have an attorney who will treat them like a trusted andvalued friend. He used these previously stated high character/ethic when he handled my personal injury case. I was turned down by a personal friend who was also an attorney. He told me that I had no case and they could not help me. However, attorney Mouganis saw my personal suffering and had compassion and outrage at this injustice. We were victorious in our case and I never had any doubt. We were David vs Goliath. I have leaned from my attorney no matter how great the task you can over come the obstacles.
