After 8 years of fighting back and fourth my ex wife on my own. I was finally in a position to hire James Pedrojetti. After seeing him for a consultation which was lower than most in the area I left feeling like had option again and not only options but a solid game plan going forward. I tried mediation one more time with my ex wife and it didn’t workout, no surprise! So I went back to James and he gave me council on my options and drafted up a letter of what I was wanted as far as parenting time and protection from my ex wife. He expedited it and got it out before the holidays and was able to reach a deal with my ex wife and have signed by a judge all in a timely manner! I would recommend Davis Pedrojetti to anyone that’s going through a divorce or having trouble reaching a fair agreement between you and your ex.

I would highly recommend choosing any other attorney. This guy really seemed to care about my case and wanted to help, that was until he got payment! After I submitted my payment to retain him, he became rude, lazy, and wanted to argue in defense of the other person!! I didn’t most of the footwork myself or it was handed off to the other parties attorney, because James passed it off like it was nothing. Don’t waste your money on this guy!! He took our money and ran with it!!
