Really nice Spanish restaurant. Seafood is very fresh and the Paella was well made, generously portioned. The chef was talented and cared about the customer. The restaurant is small an cozy. Parking here can be hard but the public transit is great. Also near the Lake Shore.

Are you craving for some very tasty seafood? Then, this is your place! But, its best to make a reservation first! The food was fantastic, we enjoyed EVERYTHING: from the crab cakes appetizer to our yummiest paellas and delicious friend milk dessert! The vanilla ice cream was delightful too! And everything we ordered arrived fairly quick. The portions are HUGE! We had tons of leftovers, but everything tasted so good even the next day! My only suggestion for them would be to try do a better job with the bread they serve while waiting for the food: to make sure is fresh and maybe even warm it up a little right before serving it! It would make a huge difference! The waiters have been very friendly and helpful - very nice, professional service! Loved also the design of the place.

We brought our mother for an early Mother's Day to beat the crowds and couldn't have been more pleased! Every dish was full of flavour and quality ingredients. The ambience is great and the wait staff very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Lavinia to everyone, in fact, I have been talking about it non stop. Worth every cent!

Excellent service. They were very attentitive. The chef came out to talk to us. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was delicious and the server kindly guided us through the menu. We will be back!

Quality food and excellent service! The owner also cooks, and his wife works in the kitchen, so it has a fantastic family-run feel. Waiters were very friendly as well. This upscale place is perfect for a date (if you're a young couple celebrating an anniversary), and also seems to be a regular hangout for groups of seniors who wish to talk about their retirement plans or their stock portfolio. Something for everyone.
