What my experience has started off with phone call I just wanted to know if there Carwash was a selfserve or if it was a machine and the gentleman that answered the phone did not speak English and rather than getting his coworker who spoke English to come on the phone and speak to me he hangs up on me so I drove 30 minutes out of my way, tell this man that I thought was very ignorant of him to hang up on me then I told him that I was not going to be using the services for that day and that he wasted 30 minutes of my time just so I could tell him how ignorant he really was and then I walked out he was embarrassed he had no idea what to say because at that point I had taken the time to sit and translate my entire message to him so that he understood it this place I will never come to this place again treatment like that is not how you treat somebody I know that I'm in Quebec and most people speak French and I'm trying however I'm still in Canada and I will not be treated like I'm an immigrant
